Welcome to the Chandler Diving Club Website.Chandler Diving Club is a non-profit, parent-run organization, dedicated to serve the needs of the City of Brisbane in the sport of diving. The goal of all our programs is to promote and achieve excellence in the sport of diving for both divers and their coaches.
The programs involve dry-land exercises designed to develop strength and flexibility and on the board training to perfect each of the dives in a divers list. Our aim is to challenge and motivate divers to perform at levels that match their abilities and potential. Diving Queensland Annual Awards Night - September 2010 The Annual Dinner Awards presentations was held on the 11th September 2010. Along with this function, the State Development Squad was announced, and Certificates of Recognition were provided to the DQ 2010 Committee people. A great night was had by all, and the Chandler diving club was particularly proud of two of our divers. Lucy Larkins was awarded the 12/13 Girls Diver of the Year and James Ryan 14/15 Boys Diver of the Year. Also a special mention to Emily Bliss and Hayley Tuaoi who got selected into the State Development Squad for 2010/11. This is a fantastic achievement by all our swimmers who are producing great results from the diving program implemented by our head coach Chris Ryan. 2010 Australian Age Championships April 2010 Six of our divers competed at the Australian Age Championships in April producing great results.
